Hi, my name is Nikolina and I’m a movement, deep relaxation & guided meditation teacher.
This yoga Nidra includes one of the best breathing exercises to free the mind of agitation or anxiety – brahmari pranayama (humming bee breathing) as well as a journey for the senses to experience your own aliveness.
Bhramari pranayama is for anyone experiencing excess stress and any respiratory congestion. At the same time it is tremendously soothing and playful just feel those humming vibrations all over your body.
This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system by activating the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system that’s in charge of relaxation, rest & digest. This 20 minute yoga nidra is written and read by Nikolina Kerner. You’re not required to do anything; simply lie down, let yourself be guided and watch your fear & worry melt away.
In this guided meditation first we’ll define your intention and then you’ll be guided through a body scan. It’s a 20 minute reboot for your whole nervous system and a meditation at the same time – wowsers!
In Release Fear and Worry Meditation through practicing with an intention you can reach deeper layers of your subconscious and unconscious mind. In this way you work with the negative patterns that are stored there.
